Fonemoney Refer and Win Campaign - Terms and Conditions

Campaign Duration: July 2, 2024 - July 22, 2024

Refer 3 friends through a rewarding 'Refer and Win' campaign and get a chance to win 1 Million Korean Won in Korea.

Terms and Conditions

1. Campaign Period
   • The campaign will be valid from July 2, 2024, 12:01 AM (Korean time) to July 22, 2024, 11:59 PM (Korean time), both days inclusive ("Campaign Period").
2. Eligibility
   • The campaign is open to selective registered customers of Fonemoney.
   • The campaign is not open to employees of Fonemoney, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the "Employees"), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees.
3. Referral Process
   • Each eligible participant will receive a unique referral code based on their name.
   • Participants can invite friends to join Fonemoney using their unique promo codes.
   • The referred friend (referee) must use the promo code during the registration process. Additionally, for the referral to be valid, the referee must complete the User Identification Process.
4. Tracking and Monitoring
   • Fonemoney will track the usage of promo codes to monitor referrals and new sign-ups.
   • For every three (3) successful registrations using a participant’s promo code, it will be counted as one (1) participation. The participation count increases as follows:
     • Three (3) registrations: one (1) participation.
     • Six (6) registrations: two (2) participations.
     • Ten (10) registrations: four (4) participations.
     • Fifteen (15) registrations: six (6) participations.
     • Twenty (20) registrations: ten (10) participations.
     • Only registrations in multiples of three will be counted towards participations (e.g., five (5) registrations count as one (1) participation, eleven (11) registrations count as four (4) participations).
5. Incentives
   • The winner of the campaign will receive a cash reward of 1 million Korean Won..
   • The winner will be announced on July 23, 2024.
6. Winner Selection
   • The winner will be selected based on a lucky draw including all the number of successful referrals (at least 3) made during the Campaign Period.
7. Conditions of Participation
   • Participants must ensure that their referred friends complete the full registration process using the promo code.
   • Any incomplete or invalid referrals will not be considered (refer to T&C No. 3).
8. Disqualification
   • Fonemoney reserves the right to disqualify any participant or referral if the activity is not completed as per the campaign T&C.
   • Any suspicious activity or fraudulent activities will result in immediate disqualification.
9. Modification and Termination
   • Fonemoney reserves the right to review, amend, or cancel the terms and conditions of this campaign at any time without prior notice in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or events beyond its control.
10. Limitation of Liability
    • Fonemoney shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the campaign or participation in the campaign.
11. Privacy Policy
    • By participating in this campaign, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal information in accordance with Fonemoney's Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law
    • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fonemoney operates.
